Standard Terms & Conditions – Auto Spare Parts (Electrical Items)
1. General
- All sales are subject to these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges acceptance of these terms.
- Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Products & Quality
- All electrical parts are tested (where applicable) before dispatch.
- Products are supplied as per manufacturer specifications or equivalent aftermarket standards.
- Images, descriptions, and part numbers are for reference purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are exclusive of VAT, taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
4. Warranty & Guarantee
- Electrical items generally carry no warranty or return once sold, due to their sensitive nature, unless specified otherwise.
- Where warranty is provided:
- A maximum warranty period of 7 days is applicable from the date of delivery.
- It covers manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, mishandling, or short-circuits.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is mandatory for warranty claims.
- Warranty replacement (if applicable) is at the supplier’s discretion after inspection/testing.
5. Returns & Exchange Policy
- Electrical parts are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless supplied incorrectly.
- Incorrectly supplied items must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.
- Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
- Special orders and customized items are non-returnable.
6. Delivery & Risk
- Delivery period depends strictly on Working Days and Product availability.
- Delivery dates are estimates only; delays due to weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances shall not entitle the buyer to cancel the order or claim compensation.
- Risk passes to the buyer upon collection or delivery of the goods.
7. Installation & Liability
- The seller is not responsible for installation, labor costs, or damages caused by improper installation.
- Liability is limited strictly to the replacement of defective goods as per warranty conditions.
- The seller shall not be liable for indirect losses, downtime, or consequential damages.
8. Title of Goods
- Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is received.
- In case of default, the seller reserves the right to recover or stop the supply of goods.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- All transactions are governed by the applicable commercial laws of the country where the shop operates.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
